BAFE SP205 is an independent certification scheme for fire risk assessment companies. Our work is audited, so you can be confident your assessment meets recognised industry standards and will stand up to scrutiny from enforcing authorities and insurers.

We carry out fire risk assessments for landlords, managing agents, commercial premises and supported living. Our services include HMO and block of flats assessments, fire door inspections in line with BS 8214 and compartmentation surveys.
