How an assessment works
The same four steps whether it's a single shop or a portfolio of blocks. Larger estates are scheduled to suit you.
Send us the basics
Tell us about the building. We'll send a quote and list the documents we'd like to see, such as alarm and lighting test records.
We visit in person
An IFSM-member assessor talks through how the building is used, then carries out a full inspection of the building, escape routes included.
You get the report
A clear written assessment with photographs, each finding explained, and a prioritised action plan you can tick off.
We stay on hand
Questions about remedial work, quotes from contractors or the next review date: one phone call to Gary.
